The Brief
Real Estate Investor is South Africa's magazine for property investors, combining market analysis, investment strategy and high-profile interviews. The work spanned covers and feature layouts across multiple issues — including cover stories on Christo Wiese, Siya Kolisi and Trevor Noah — holding a confident, business-led visual identity that kept financial content approachable.
Process
Cover design leaned on strong portrait photography and a disciplined masthead system to earn newsstand attention, while feature layouts organised data-heavy investment content into clear, structured reading. The Master Investor series carried its own recognisable treatment within the magazine's broader identity.
